Moving a panel to either left or right screen edge of desktop causes instability in Plasma.  Ultimately crashes the desktop environment.  Because panel is unable to be closed must edit panel out of plasma config file manually.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Add a new panel
Move panel to a different screen edge left or right.  


Actual Results:  
Plasma-desktop crashes in a blaze of glory.

Expected Results:  
Panel should work in vertical context.

Works for me in KDE 4.7.3, do you still experience this problem?
