Version:           0.10.4 (using KDE 4.4.4) 
OS:                Linux

The command "Select All" does not work for portable documents.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Tell Okular to open any portable document [1].
  2. Tell Okular to select all.
  3. Tell Okular to copy.

Actual Results:  
  1. Okular displays the portable document.
  2. Nothing happens.
  3. Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
  2. Let Okular select all content.
  3. Let Okular copy all content to Clipboard.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34.7-0.7-desktop
