Clicking "Insert category" has no effect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Use Polish locale (pl-PL.utf8). Open "File renamer…" options. Try to insert "Gatunek" (genre).

Actual Results:  
No effect.

Expected Results:  
Genre is inserted into the list.

The duplicated bug is fixed in the upcoming KDE 4.6.3 release.
