Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.95) OS: Linux When attaching a new monitor and then configuring it using systemsettings, a popup in the monitor configuration pops up and states that monitor has been attached/removed and if you would like to configure it. This dialog is useless since you are already in the respective configuration dialog and clicking on “Configure” opens yet another instance of the same kcm module (randr). A notification right away when that monitor is attached would be nice but the notification is useless at the point where it pops up at the moment. It just states the obvious. Reproducible: Always
