(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Package: kpackage Version: 2.0pre (KDE 1.94 >= 20000911) Severity: wishlist It would be nice if one would be asked for a root password when trying to install a package as non-root user. That would be very comfortable and allow to work as normal user click on an *rpm and install it without thinking about the necessary rights.
