i have installed kde 4.6 beta 2 on my kubuntu maverick.

application software (dolphin, amarok ect) have double icon of the resource (hard disk, cd rom, ect).
i have the problem also in the plasma widget.

imho solid searching for the devices with hal AND udev and returning both. 
if i remove hal, i have correctly one icon for any resource (but k3b doesn't find any resource)

i also fill the bug to the kubuntu team

Steps to Reproduce:
open dolphin, or amarok a see the resource's list

Actual Results:  
double icon for any resource

Expected Results:  
only one icon
