When plugging in a USB device, the device notifier lists twice the device. Same thing happens for DVDs too.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Plug in an external USB device (or optical disc).

Actual Results:  
The are two entries for this device in device notifier

Expected Results:  
There should be only one entry

I just noticed that the same thing happens in the "places" panel of dolphin.
