Description Jack Bunce 2010-11-26 15:30:54 UTC
Application: krunner (0.1)
KDE Platform Version: 4.5.80 (4.6 Beta1)
Qt Version: 4.7.1
Operating System: Linux 2.6.34.7-0.5-desktop i686
Distribution: "openSUSE 11.3 (i586)"

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Logging into session option KDE after installing the latest openSuse 11.3 updates which had given me 3 KDE session options: KDE, KDE Plasma, and KDE Plasma Safe instead of the former options of KDE or KDE Safe. Before this latest KDE update I was experiencing the Plasma crash in all KDE sessions but the sessions were still useful since I could run the RUN COMMAND interface using ALT-F2. With the new update now the RUN COMMAND interface fails to operate in all three type KDE sessions!

The only type session in which it gives ma a Crash Reporting Aisstant window is in the plain KDE session. In the other two KDE session types I only get the Plasma Crash reporting assistant.

After I installed the debugging symbols in this type session (KDE) I now get 2 CRA windows -- first for Plasma and then for the Run Command interface.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

-- Backtrace:
Application: Run Command Interface (kdeinit4), signal: Floating point exception

New crash information added by DrKonqi

krunner (0.1) on KDE Platform 4.5.85 (4.6 Beta2) using Qt 4.7.1

Not entirely sure it's Nvidia-related since KRunner never crashed before my latest KDE update.
