Version: 1.0.0 (using KDE 4.5.3) OS: Linux Since this evening Kopete complains about my ICQ Password and asks me to type it in again. It still worked this morning (all times CET). My password should be correct, I can login on icq.com. Also my other accounts (jabber, …) still work. Restarting kopete did not solve the problem. I get the following output when starting kopete in a terminal: Unknown signature value: 795 Unknown signature value: 795 Unknown signature value: 795 QTimeLine::start: already running kopete(10517) OscarStatusManager::onlineStatusOf: Kopete::OnlineStatus doesn't exists for internal status 4278190592 Using basic status for type 0 kopete(10517) OscarStatusManager::onlineStatusOf: Kopete::OnlineStatus doesn't exists for internal status 4278190086 Using basic status for type 6 Reproducible: Always
I can confirm this issue: When attempting to sign in via Kopete, the ICQ servers seem to reject my password although the web UI accepts it.
Works for me after I changed the ICQ login server to login.icq.com:5190.
I can confirm the workaround login.icq.com

I can confirm the problem and the workaround for Kopete 1.0.0 based on KDE 4.4.4.
