When posting a comment on any bug at Launchpad.net I get an error (below)

When I refresh the page, I do see the comment posted, but this error comes up every time. I can post fine in Firefox.

Reproducible: Always

Post a comment on a Launchpad.net bug

Actual Results:  
Error message:
The following errors were encountered:

Expected Results:  
Comment is posted, page refreshes to show it posted without any error messages.
