It should be possible to disable all the audio notifications of the selected program and of all the programs without having to disable them one by one.

Disabling audio is not a solution since the user might want to disable all of them and then manually re-enable one or two really important ones.

Same mechanism should be provided for popups and so on.

I am reporting this as a bug because it's a regression from kde3.
