The "File Open" Dialog (in my instance localized to "Datei öffnen") that appears when touching the dummy-image in a "New Contact" View does not let me choose images (it does not list images in folders). Add the same time I see following line on stdout (or stderr). " kaddressbook-mobile(1404)/kdecore (trader) KServiceTypeTrader::defaultOffers: KServiceTypeTrader: serviceType "QImageIOPlugins" not found " I expect to see all images in a folder and being able to select one. (Version 4:4.5~20100820.1165966-1maemo1.1167016)
Still an issue with 4:4.5~20100910.1175630-1maemo6.1174786
Still in 4:4.5~20100928.1180427-1maemo1.1180334 .
This must be a packaging/installation issue. Works perfectly fine for me. Maybe Qt stripped too much?!
Still annoys me in 4:4.6~20101022.1188351-1maemo1.1187374 .
(Why was this VHI?)
*** Bug 257774 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Caused by an empty file type pattern in the file dialog. On Maemo5, the suspected cause is a not installed kdelibs5-imageio-plugins package. For WinCE a hardcoded list needs to be added in KImageIO::pattern, since sycoca is not available there.
SVN commit 1200689 by vkrause: Report supported file patterns on WinCE, where we do not have sycoca. CCBUG: 248985 M +6 -0 kimageio.cpp WebSVN link: http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=1200689
kdepim-mobileui now depends on kdelibs5-imageio-plugins
Hej, so this bug is fixed? Please close in that case... Ciao, Tobias
Setting a image for a contact works with 4:4.6~20101130.1202227-1maemo1.1202030
I can verify that it is possible to add an image on WinCE
