have the applet on the tray icon and click the icon to display knetworkmanager windows to show list of Access Points(image attached)

The window currently is too wide and takes more than half of the width of the screen and i think it takes too much space. Most people will open the window to select what network to connect to or to disconnect from a network they are connected to and the left side of the window is, IMHO, unnecessary and should be hidden by default. 

All information and functionality the left side of the window should be hidden by default and be accessed only inside the "manage connection" button.
