Open Office  document to be open in Kword

SOFTWARE VERSION:
  Kubuntu 9.04
  Koffice (svn version  1056420)
  Test document (Open Office): oow_frame_padding.odt

  STEPS LEADING TO THE PROBLEM:
  1. Open the attached document open office.
  2. Open the same document in KOffice.
  3. Observe the frame in the document.


  EXPECTED OUTCOME:
   The document should be able to show the frame.

  ACTUAL OUTCOME:
  The document is not showing the color of the frame.

  FREQUENCY:
  Always

This color is a default setting of OpenOffice and not something specified by the ODF spec, so that is not a bug. The file (which is a kword 1.6 file btw) shows a bug though: we don't support the apdding.

Change severity from major to normal, since we usually use only crash, normal and wish.

To implement this feature we will have to add a KoInsets instance to KoTextShapeData and use this new inset from the plugin/textshape/Layout. The current KWord dialog kword/part/dialogs/KWFrameGeometry should support this too.
