Version: KDE 2.9.1 Installed from: Mandrake RPMs Compiler: Not Specified OS: Linux OS/Compiler notes: I did not compile used RPMs Everytime I try to run noatun (via terminal or kde menu) I get a SIGSEGV error message. There is a similar bug report posted but not for KDE 3.0 beta 1. I tried using it in Koqui also it loads but does not work. does not play music doesent even add files to playlist. here is the backtrace when starting from console.: (no debugging symbols found)...[New Thread 1024 (LWP 8428)] 0x4163b1d9 in wait4 () from /lib/libc.so.6 #0 0x4163b1d9 in wait4 () from /lib/libc.so.6 #1 0x416b8ef8 in __check_rhosts_file () from /lib/libc.so.6 #2 0x400349f6 in waitpid (pid=8429 stat_loc=0x0 options=0) at wrapsyscall.c:172 #3 0x40995f74 in KCrash::defaultCrashHandler () from /opt/kde3//lib/libkdecore.so.4 #4 0x4154f847 in _IO_2_1_stderr_ () from /usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 (Submitted via bugs.kde.org)

Report this to the person that made your KDE packages. If you compiled it yourself read this hint: Couldn't instanciate artsobject Noatun::Session. (This is normally caused by a broken package or compiling kdemultimedia in a --prefix different from kdelibs. Nothing I can do about it otherwise.
