(Right click the taskbar up arrow) 2) Have 'preview' selected. 3) Have look+feel->window behavior->focus under mouse enabled. 4) Put a window right above where the desktop preview pops up. 4) Click on the desktop preview up arrow. 5) The 'desktop preview' will not be displayed in the foreground. It pops up behind the window over it.
