Description Law, Cheuk-wing 2010-04-03 12:57:23 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

To see how strange it is,
1) Use your mouse to drag a window to the top of the screen to maximize it.
2) Use your mouse to drag it back to the center of the screen but don't release the mouse button.
3) Move your mouse to anywhere you want and observe.

Expected behavior:
Dragging windows that are maximized should act like dragging windows that are not maximized.
