I had some problems with installing my wireless network at home. I could see the network, but had no link, and then couldn't connect even though I explicitely selected the network in the KDE assistant. 
So I reset my AP and then disabled and re-enabled the wireless with the RF switch and then this crash appeared. The "manage connections" dialog was open and "add new" and "scan" dialogs were open as well. When the crash happened. I think I switched to "view details" and then it crashed, but at that time the AP was restarting as well.

Hope my message helps to discover the bug.
