This is not something important, but I noticed that same idea comes to my mind independently each time when this happens, so post this here: I usually press "Show the Desktop" button before starting new app with krunner in order to "start the app on clean desktop", but after pressing alt+f2, minimized windows are restored again - for a second this just gives a feeling that something undesired happened, which does not last for too long though.

Well... I couldn't express this better. It's very annoying.
