Version: 2.3.0 (using KDE 4.4.1) OS: Linux Installed from: Ubuntu Packages The newly introduced folder icons on the breadcrumbs in amarok's filemanager consume unnecessary space and hinder the workflow by covering the names of the folders. You have a row full of folder icons and cannot see the name of them but in the tooltips. You always have to test-hover of the foldericoned breadcrumbs to find the folder you want to go back to, that's far from intuitive and helpful. Breadcrumbs are for facilitating the workflow, not for making it more difficult. It was fine in amarok before 2.3 where the breadcrumbs didn't have any icon. My wish therefore goes for an at least optional iconless breadcrumb mode like in amarok 2.2.x to see again where I browse to.
It's already much better in git master. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 231497 ***
