Description Matthias Fuchs 2010-03-15 15:15:21 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.1)
Installed from: Archlinux Packages

Please add an option that automatically keeps shaded windows on top. If the windows are "unshaded" keeping them on top should be unticked automatically.

That way shaded windows are always on top, while if they are unshaded they are treated like normal windows. Imo this feature makes shading windows really useful.

Shading probably shouldn't set the user-settable 'keep above' flag; that would imply that un-shading would unset it if it was set manually, which probably isn't desired.

If there needs to be visible feedback, it should be okay to put 'keep above' in tri-state ("half ticked") mode if it hasn't been picked by the user but the window is behaving as if it is 'keep above' due to this option.

Otherwise, sounds like a fine idea.
