Version: (using KDE 4.4.1) Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages This bug has been copied over from http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=547571 and has been verified to still exist in KDE SC 4.4.1 ---- Hi there, if I put a mixed mode CD into my drive and open it up with dolphin, I only see the data part of the cd. There should be an option to select the data or audio part or integrate both views into one or show two different mediums (I would favour the last option). Playing the audio cd with kscd works fine, so it seems that kdemultimedia recognizes also the audio part. But I don't have the nice ripping options in dolphin, that's a little bit annoying. Hopefully we can see a support for that in a future release. Regards, Michael

Is still still an issue in KDE 4.10.2 or later? Unfortunately, I can't test it myself. In any case, it would probably be a bug in the audiocd kioslave, not in Dolphin.
Waiting for info.
Can you still reproduce this bug with Dolphin 17.12.3? I do not have a mixed mode CD at my disposal, so I cannot triage this bug on my own.
this issue is still valid in Dolphin 18.04 beta, Arch Linux. Dolphin shows only data track and I can play the audio tracks using Clementine player.
I'll set the status to CONFIRMED, as @Dr. Chapatin has confirmed that this bug still exists with Dolphin 17.12.3.
Is this bug still valid?
The bug persists with Dolphin 24.02 on Arch Linux. Nautilus file manager sees both audio and data sessions of a cd in mixed mode, but Dolphin only sees the data session.
