I would like "send to" function in dolphin. 
I would like "send to": bluethoot, kmail, k3b and Removable discs.

i am missing that too. i would add kopete contacts as another option..

   When right-clicking one or more files, KDE should offer the "Send via e-mail"
option. After clicking that, the preffered e-mail client should be used to send an
e-mail containing that file(s).

This ca be done via plugins, e.g. bluetooth and kde connect already provide "Send to" actions.
