i changed the 'perfomance' profile in power settings in  the system settings, disabled 'Dim display when idle for more than...', next reboot my top panel settings icon were messed up and whole desktop reacts slow to every click, rebooted twice already and issue still unchanged. Also all view settings for desktops seem to have changed too.
