On Ubuntu 9.10 with KDE 4.4 RC2

When I try to install new icon themes from: system settings => appearance => icons => get new themes
many of choices presented can not install (Crystal etc.). Nothing happens when clicking on install button. This could be kde-look.org issue, but when offered through system settings it seems like KDE bug. Similar thing happens on some wallpapers. Files like download.php appear in .kde/share/wallpapers/ when installing some of them.
