Description karaluh 2009-12-30 12:23:13 UTC
Version:            (using Devel)
Installed from:    Compiled sources

When trying to compose new message from a template using keyboard shortcuts message box is displayed:

The key sequence 'N' is ambiguous. Use 'Configure Shortcuts'
from the 'Settings' menu to solve the ambiguity.
No action will be triggered.

The N key is assigned to two actions: New from template and next message.

This is no problem by default. You should be able to configure the key shortcuts from the settings menu.
Comment 2 karaluh 2010-03-17 14:48:36 UTC
This IS a problem by default. Maybe only for polish language. I've just created new user to confirm that.
Comment 3 Florian Hackenberger 2010-07-14 10:39:26 UTC
I have the same problem with the 'F5' shortcut. According to the Shortcut settings, the key is only assigned once (to 'Check Mail in This Folder').
Comment 4 Laurent Montel 2010-09-06 18:36:20 UTC
Default shortcut for new message is CTRL+N
=> can't be ambiguty.
I will close it
Comment 5 Florian Hackenberger 2010-09-06 20:27:06 UTC
Laurent: And what about the 'F5' sequence? I can reproduce this bug and provide any information you need.

Have you actualy read the bug report? I'm not talking about new message, but new message from template.

Valid in master:

- Create a new message, save as template,
- Click on the templates folder, select one,
- Press N -> ambiguous shortcut warning
