It seems that the two reports were using the same Plasma Theme.- Which theme it was ? Glassified ? - Have you tried using other Plasma Themes ? Regards

I confirm that air doesn't behave like glassified.. Hi, I am using KDE 4.4 RC2 and I have the text clipping on notification buttons using the Air theme (as well as others). I posted a screenshot in which you can see the letters "p" and "g" have their bottoms slightly clipped off.
Has anyone seen this in 4.4.0?
Yes, it happens even in 4.4.1. The screenshot I previously posted is reproducible using 4.4.1.
if you change the font to something roughly the same size but a different font, does the problem remain? (i'm wondering if it's a font rendering issue or a push button size issue)

Created attachment 43582 [details] font clipping using Tahoma I tried switching the font to "Tahoma" 9-pt, and the clipping still occurs. The font I usually use is "Sans Serif" 9-pt and my fonts DPI is fixed at 96.
