Installed from:    Fedora RPMs

Google offers a suggestion list when you type into the search bar (not the google search plugin in the toolbar, but the text input field on google.com.) However, when you press up/down arrow keys on the keyboard, it iterates two items a time, not one, as it should be. The bug has been there for a few releases, I think.
