Application that crashed: plasma-desktop

What I was doing when the application crashed:
In a new secondary login account created, the default Kubuntu 9.04 desktop install displays
the Desktop Folder and uBlog. Select "Desktop Folder" then "Folder View Settings" using
wrench. Change button selection from "Show the Desktop Folder" to "Show a place" then
select "Root", OK. Hover the mouse over the Root folder to display its contents and you will
see the message "Could not enter Root Folder" before the crash. This is reproducible.
