I have cookies settings set to "Ask". Sometimes I by accident reject cookie from a site I should accept. Then I go to cookie settings, select the domain and change "Reject" to "Accept". Then on every page (even on pages that I have in cookie setting) I got again dialog asking for accepting/rejecting a cookie.

Steps to reproduce:
- change cookie settings to "Ask"
- go to "site one" that needs cookies to use, accept
- go to "site two" that needs cookies to use, accept
- go to "site three" that needs cookies to use, reject
- go to "site one", cookie dialog does not appear
- go to "site two", cookie dialog does not appear
- go to cookie setting, change "site three" from "reject" to "accept"
- go to "site three" that needs cookies to use, accept
- go to "site one", cookie dialog appears, but should not
- go to "site two", cookie dialog appears, but should not
