Palapeli can already load puzzle libraries from arbitrary locations (this functionality has been dubbed "puzzle feed"), but it lacks a user interface to display and manage these feeds.

Added dependency to bug 233784 because puzzle file size should be reduced as much as possible for GetHotNewStuff.
