Version:           4.2.00 (KDE 4.2.0) (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages)

I just installed version 4.2.00 from ubuntu packages of kiconedit once started I put some pixels in the icon than try to save the file and always get a message saying the file couldn't be saved.

I tried different file format png first than xpm, bmp, tga and they give all the same result.

Note :
I've checked file write permissions
I'm using XFCE 4
I haven't seen any verbose or debug option even lanched from a console where there wen no output
