What I was doing when the application crashed:
1.  Konqueror had http://www.amazon.com loaded.
2.  I opened "Konqueror" | "Settings" | "Configure Konqueror" and chose "AdBlocK Filters" from the left pane of the settings window.
3.  In the "Expression" field, I entered exactly "kindle", then clicked "Insert", then clicked "OK".
4.  Konqueror crashed.

The crash is not reliably reproduced after the first error.
