Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

Clicking Help > Report Bug... in KDE programs doesn't do anything (tried in Konqueror, Adept, Dolphin).  Ideally it should launch a bug report window.  Dr Konqi still comes up on program crashes.

This is a bug on K/Ubuntu additions to use Apport: bug 199972.
