i updated kde today to: KDE: 4.3.63 (KDE 4.3.63 (KDE 4.4 >= 20090805)) and the crash is still reproducible tested with a fresh user(empty home/no cache)
Would it be too much trouble to recompile kdebase-workspace with debug symbols the next time ? BTW; I can't reproduce because I only use the english locale Thanks

This is 4.3.2. I have a similar backtrace. It's crashing in tr_TR.UTF-8 but not in C locale. Actually in C locale, you can't even move an item up/down by drag'n' drop. In other locales, it pretends that it will order the items when you select an item and move it.
