What I was doing when the application crashed:
Not sure what event triggered this bug.

Stack trace looks very similar to 199325.  Some lines numbers may have changed due to code moving around a bit, but the details may be the same.

Posting another bug just to show that issue is present with KDE 3.4, Qt 4.5.2.
