What I was doing when the application crashed:
Sometimes, with no actions by me, Plasma starts getting unstable (e.g.: glitches on the panel, plasmoids disappearance, and so on).

That happens only on my nVidia 8400 GS with > 180 drivers (as I remember). It does not happen either if I use vesa or nv or if I use older drivers (which are terrible). Also, I don't remember such things happening in 4.1.

Probably is not a problem with KDE, it may be with nVidia drivers, but is always good to report.
