	When configuring the "Tabbed Browsing" in konqueror (Settings -> Configure Konqueror -> General -> Tabbed Browsing), changes made to the check-boxes do *not* take effect until konqueror is shut down and restarted.

	A reload of the settings that pulls in the new changes to tab settings should be done to give immediate effect to each of the settings like "Show close button on tabs", etc.. without forcing the user to completely shutdown and restart konqueror. 

	Currently, there is no warning, prompt or otherwise that inform users that a shutdown and restart is required. They are just left wondering why the settings don't work.

	The same setting changes in KDE3 take effect immediately.
