Version:           4.2.3 (using 4.2.3 (KDE 4.2.3), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler:          cc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.28-12-generic

when I start kontact or korganizer, the calendar is not shown when "day" or "week" is selected.
Instead of the day/week there is just a grey field.
"month" is shown correctly.

I just tested this with a new user on my system, and it worked correctly.
So this was a problem with my configuration file.
I deleted .kde/share/config/korganizerrc
I'll attach my "not-working" one that was from my KDE before the upgrade - maybe you can see something in it anyway - maybe there was an error in upgrading or it was Kubuntu 's fault?

If you think that was my fault just close this bug.
