Version: 4.2.68 (KDE 4.2.68 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090327)) (using 4.2.68 (KDE 4.2.68 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090327)), compiled sources) Compiler: gcc OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.27-7-generic When using a text input that has remembered previous entries (for example a username entry on a website login) the list will pop up and you can then use the down arrow key on the keyboard to move down to your selection. However, you cannot use the up arrow to move directly to the bottom of the list.
Confirmed with KDE 4.3.1. Actually the up key seems to do the same as the down key the first time it is pressed.
