Description stm 2009-04-14 21:02:05 UTC
Version: unknown (using 4.2.1 (KDE 4.2.1) "release 106", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.1)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.27.7-9-default

When new networks are detected some time after the widget has come up, the names sometimes overlap. The overlapping is
a) with the vpn connections panel (which also looks funny by itself) at the bottom
b) between network list entries as can be seen in this screenshot:

Sorry, wrong component (I don't see how to change this).

This concerns the networks widget.

layout issues

Here's another screenshot of layout issues.

When I first click and open the dialog, the layout for the mobile broadband looks better, but the connection is not clickable, if I collapse the mobile broadband section and then expand it, the connection becomes clickable, but the layout becomes rather messy.

Also note that the vpn section is not the same width as the other sections.

Using openSUSE factory kde (4.2.2), NetworkManager-kde4-0.7.svn924744-60.43

The root cause is the same as 186820
