Description Doualot Nicolas 2009-04-04 11:58:04 UTC
Version: 4.1 (using KDE 4.2.2)
Compiler: gcc 4.3.3
OS: Linux
Installed from: Unlisted Binary Package

When entering kadressbook, and after that, when selectionning a contact.

If the contact has multiple mail, I'm presented several times a dialog with title "Select Email Address" and a radio list of all the contact mail addresses.

Leaving the contact and returning to it, get this dialog to appear again.

Same here; problem appeared with the upgrade from 4.2.1 to 4.2.2. This is very annoying, but should be easy to fix, I guess.

The same issue when distribution lists are created.

Can verify the behavior. Happens since upgrade I think.
Especially, when searching in the contacts list, I get prompted to select the email address of a certain contact about 5-10 times before I can further specify the filter string.

Very annoying

The development of the old KAddressBook will be discontinued for KDE 4.4.
Since the new application has the same name, but a completly new code base we close all bug reports against the old version and ask the submitters to resend there reports against the new product.
