(From Bugsquad KOfficeDay2)

1. Create a new document in KSpread
2. Mark a cell and edit its properties
3. Go to Format -> Cell Format -> Cell Protection

The cell is marked as protected.

I expected cells to not be protected by default.

The bug was fixed with r1074729 and r1074811. Thanks for the feedback.
