Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

In KDE3 under the Control Center / Desktop / Multiple Desktops there is a checkbox "Mouse wheel over desktop background switches desktop".
In KDE4 this is missing. It would be a nice thing if one was able to turn this off, because now it is on by default.
