Version: 0.8 (using 4.2.00 (KDE 4.2.0), 4.2.0-9.fc10 Fedora) Compiler: gcc OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.27.12-170.2.5.fc10.i686 Okular doesn't show correctly an eps file exported with Scribus. I must admit the generation process for this file is not one of the most orthodox, but Dolphin's preview is right and so is the image displayed in Gwenview. Here's how I created it: a) download PDF file from: http://marte.unican.es/documentation/appsched-proposal.pdf b) print page #6 to postscript from Okular c) open it with Scribus, select the figure at the top of the page d) export the selection to eps Here's what I get: 1) preview in Dolphin is right; 2) the image in Gwenview is shown correctly; 3) if you convert the image to pdf with "epstopdf" command Okular can show it correctly too (going to attach the .pdf too); 4) the eps in Okular isn't displayed right. You get the image at the bottom left of a orizontally oriented A4 paper (screenshot incoming). By the way, to me only this particular file doesn't work: I can see other eps with bounding boxes just fine.

Created attachment 31295 [details] PDF version of the EPS file PDF version of the EPS file. The PDF opens fine in Okular, it shows how the eps should look like in Okular.

Confirm. Although, the problem is either in the file (specifying different bounding boxes for document and page) or in libspectre. Can you please report the problem for libspectre? Its bug tracker is at https://bugs.freedesktop.org, "libspectre" product.
Thanks, upstream report done: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20138
