it would be great if kjots would have a spelling checker.

+1, good idea.  A spell checker, even a very basic one, would be a nice addition to kjots.

I think it could be implemented same like as Knots with two options. One to check online while writing and the other option when finished writing.

It seems that kjots got a spell checker. I could not determine who did it. So thank you all the kjots team.

+1 Please make it happen eventually. It is so basic feature.

I don't see any option like the one on the screenshot. And there is certainly no option to change language. Perhaps this option should have its own icon or more visible item in menu. Make it as it is in Kate or better.
