Description Orion Poplawski 2009-02-06 18:32:03 UTC
Version: 0.8 (using KDE 4.2.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

Certain postscript files produced by IDL will not print on a page (they are shifted off of the page by quite a bit). gv is able to show this when selecting "letter" instead of BBox for the view.

okular's print preview still shows the image printing on the page, even though when sent to the printer it is shifted off of the page.

I believe I reproduced this on Okular 0.13.3, KDE 4.7.1. I downloaded the PS given above, and viewed the print preview. It does not look like the printout and it _does_ look like the screenshot of the Okular print preview given by the bug reporter.

This PostScript file is incorrect. This file not EPS but it doesn't set the page size and assumes that PS interpreter uses BoundingBox comment. This is not the case. Everything works as designed.
