Description Martin Kunev 2009-02-03 03:21:10 UTC
Version:            (using KDE 4.2.0)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

I have selected "Restore manually saved session" from the session manager but I figured out that there is no way to manually save my session because the "Save session" button in application launcher is missing.

I can confirm this on trunk.
Qt: 4.5.1
KDE: 4.2.71 (KDE 4.2.71 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090428))
Plasma Workspace: 0.3
kdelibs: r961515
kdebase: r961515

I have just found out that the "Save session" button sometimes is there.
On my PC at home, it came back by selecting "restore last session" in the systemsettings.
But on my PC at work, this selection did not bring it back.

Maybe the bug is only in the decision when to show this button.

in trunk the save session appears correctly in kickoff
