Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

The next message after trying to access K Control->Keyboard & Mouse -> Hotkeys:

No such object path '/KdedGlobalAccel' Error:
org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownObject

It happened after customizing KDE hotkeys (I've removed all off Existing hotkeys in Input actions)

Yep. So, as i understand, this bug is out of fact that kded (or kdeinit) doesn't starts. If i try to start it manually, it crashes with seg fault.

For this moment, I solve this problem by full reinstallint of kde4 out of lack of free time. :]

I'd assume a broken installation.
