A graphic tool to enable and disable the DMA, like at Microsoft Windows.

Can you please provide more information on what the "DMA" is exactly? This may be a duplicate of bug #173960

No, it isn't a duplicate.
DMA = Direct Memory Access. More info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Direct_memory_access

There is no need to touch such low level settings now.
